Avantor Prevail HPLC columns exhibit long column lifetime in both highly aqueous and highly organic mobile phases. Avantor Prevail HPLC columns are silica based except for Prevail Carbohydrate ES. The stability of these phases is such that a single column can be switched between highly aqueous for analysis of highly polar analytes and highly organic for strong retention of hydrophobic analytes. Avantor Prevail HPLC columns are stable from highly organic to highly aqueous. Avantor Prevail HPLC columns are specialty phases for specific applications. Avantor Prevail HPLC columns provide excellent sensitivity with microbore and ELSD applications.

Evosphere UHPLC and HPLC columns are 100 A Monodispersed Fully Porous Silica-based columns designed to combine the benefits of Fully Porous and Core-Shell particle technology into an improved particle design and morphology that brings cutting-edge loading capacity to ultra-high-resolution particle columns. The Monodispersed Particles provide similar efficiency to Core-Shell products when comparing them directly via particle size matching and significantly increase loadability which allows ultra-high resolution analytical separations to scale to preparative separations for isolation work if needed. The bonded phase chemistries are exciting as well to maximize selectivity with novel C12 bonded phase, 2 multi-modal C18/AR, and C18/PFP bonded phases, an extended and stabilized phenyl funtionality in the Diphenyl bonded phase, a polar endcapped AQUA phase, a Phenyl-Hexyl phase, a propyl PFP phase and the RP18-Amide bonded phases which is great for doing bases at low pH.
